LIHTC Property Manager — Lead Leasing & Budget Oversight

Burlington Capital Properties is seeking a Property Manager for their Deer Creek Community in Bellevue, Nebraska. The ideal candidate will have expertise in LIHTC management, strong leadership abilities, and experience in financial reporting and customer service. This role includes managing on-site personnel, performing leasing functions, and maintaining compliance with LIHTC regulations. Candidates must have a minimum of two years of property management experience and strong problem resolution skills.
