What You'll Do Coordinate international air import and air export shipments from start to finish. Manage time-critical shipments while ensuring compliance with all regulations. Prepare shipping documentation and coordinate with airlines, customs brokers, and global partners. Handle customer inquiries, provide shipment updates, and deliver tailored logistics solutions. Respond to pricing requests and support customers with transportation options. Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless shipment execution. Participate in weekend coverage as needed. What We're Looking For Previous experience in international freight forwarding is required. Strong background in air export and air import operations. Knowledge of ocean imports is a plus. Dangerous Goods (DG) certification or experience handling DG shipments is preferred. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and customer service skills. Proactive, dependable, and a collaborative team player. Availability for occasional weekend support. Background check required.
