HOQ Logistics LLC is seeking a COMMISSIONED FREIGHT SALES AGENT to join our team! We are looking for an experienced transportation professional to work as independent agent on a commission basis.
Work from anywhere, be your own boss, with a fair weekly commission split on invoiced receivables.
Responsibilities:
- Present and sell freight products and services to new and existing customers
- Prospect and contact potential freight partners
- Book carriers to handle shipments
- Reach agreed upon contracts targets by the deadline
- Maintain a book of business to retain continuous freight and manufacturers
- Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in transportation or freight industry
- Supply customer book
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Deadline and detail-oriented
