We're looking for a reliable and motivated Forklift Operator / Warehouse Associate to join a busy warehouse in Ruffsdale, PA. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with a company that values dependable employees and is willing to train the right person.

Responsibilities
Operate a forklift to move materials throughout the warehouse (training provided)
Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment
Use a handheld barcode scanner to scan products and maintain inventory accuracy
Receive incoming shipments and verify materials
Organize inventory and keep the warehouse clean and orderly
Follow all warehouse safety procedures
Assist with other warehouse duties as needed
Qualifications
Previous warehouse experience preferred
Forklift experience and/or certification is preferred but not required
Willingness to learn forklift operation and warehouse procedures
Ability to use or learn a handheld barcode scanner
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Dependable with excellent attendance
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
