Retail Store Leader: KPI-Driven Team & Customer Experience

The Michaels Companies in Federal Way, WA is seeking a Store Manager (Bench) to lead a diverse team and drive exceptional customer experiences. You will oversee inventory, merchandising, shrink reduction, and safety programs while meeting sales and KPI targets.
