If you enjoy solving complex electrical puzzles and collaborating across teams, this role is for you.Primary impactInstall, maintain, and repair electrical systems on industrial machinery, facility equipment, and building systems.Lead troubleshooting to test and diagnose faults; align corrective actions with mechanics and supervisors.Apply NEC codes to uphold safety and compliance.Fabricate and wire 24–480V control panels from electrical prints.Work with Digital/Analog I/O; support industrial networking (Ethernet and Fiber preferred).Maintain and troubleshoot servo systems: servos, servo amplifiers, and servo controllers.Identify, source, and order parts using manufacturer manuals and prints.Read/interpret schematics; diagnose motors, motor controls, device controls.Troubleshoot sensors and solid-state equipment.Install conduit; size wire/conduit correctly per distance and FLA; terminate accurately.Work confidently across 24V–480V power and both low- and high-voltage systems.Engage with teammates across experience levels; share knowledge and mentor.Build strong relationships with maintenance peers, contractors, and vendors.Proactively seek and correct electrical issues throughout the facility and grounds.Communicate clearly in writing and verbally; document work thoroughly.Other duties as assigned.Food safety responsibilitiesProducing product free of contaminationFollowing all Ken’s Foods Security and GMP policiesReporting any suspicious activities anywhere in or around the plantInspection of work area for any possible product contamination issues on a continuous basisTeam structureThis job has no supervisory responsibilities.Core capabilitiesLanguage skills: Read/interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals; write routine reports/correspondence; speak effectively before groups.Math skills: Add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals; compute rate, ratio, percent; draw and interpret bar graphs.Reasoning: Solve practical problems with varied concrete variables; interpret written, oral, diagram, or schedule instructions when standardization is limited.Physical demandsFrequently stand, walk, reach, and use hands; occasionally sit, climb/balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and talk/hear. Frequently lift/move up to 10 lbs and occasionally more than 100 lbs.
