Full-Time OR Circulating Registered Nurse (OR RN) Location: Providence Surgery Center, Mt. Juliet, TN Overview Providence Surgery Center, a leading multispecialty surgery center in Mt. Juliet, TN, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Full-Time Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities Provide exceptional nursing care to patients undergoing surgical procedures in various specialties. Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure patient safety and positive outcomes. Assist in the preparation of the operating room, including equipment setup and sterilization procedures. Monitor patients during surgery, ensuring adherence to protocols and standards of care. Administer medications, manage IV lines, and provide post-operative care and monitoring as needed. Document patient information accurately and maintain detailed medical records. Minimum of 3 years' of experience as an OR RN, preferably in a multispecialty surgical setting. BLS and ACLS certification required. CNOR preferred. Strong clinical skills, including proficiency in surgical instrumentation and sterile techniques. Excellent communication, teamwork, and critical thinking abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations with professionalism.
