Ostomy Clinical Resource Manager - West Coast

We Make Life More Rewarding and Dignified Location: ​Remote​Department: ​Marketing The Clinical Resource Manager (CRM) provides clinical guidance to the Ostomy Marketing Team, the Ostomy Field Sales Team in addition to internal business partners ensuring clinical expertise is effectively deployed to support customers, healthcare professionals, patients, and business priorities. This role is responsible for developing relationships with Industry KOLs, aligning clinical resources to strategic priorities, and strengthening collaboration across Sales, Marketing, and other cross-functional partners.Candidates must reside on the west coast and live near a major airport.Key ResponsibilitiesTranslate organizational and commercial priorities into clear clinical strategies and field execution plans.Partner closely with Sales and Marketing leadership to identify opportunities where clinical education and expertise can strengthen customer engagement and business outcomes.Ensure consistent, high-quality clinical education and support for healthcare professionals and other key stakeholders.Monitor field needs, customer insights, and emerging trends to help shape clinical priorities and resource allocation.Champion collaboration and communication across clinical, commercial, marketing, and other cross-functional teams.Promote a culture of accountability, inclusion, continuous improvement, and patient-centered decision making.Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Nursing or another relevant clinical/healthcare discipline required; advanced degree in Wound & Ostomy preferred.Current clinical licensure/credentials as applicable to the candidate’s discipline.Demonstrated clinical experience within Ostomy and/or Wound Care and strong understanding of healthcare delivery and healthcare professional needs.Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate business priorities into actionable plans.Excellent communication, presentation, coaching, and relationship-building skills.Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across functions and influence without direct authority.Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing needs and manage resources effectively.Ability to travel as required to support team, customer, and business needs.Benefits StatementOur Total Rewards package in aggregate is above market and includes competitive pay, paid time off programs, peer-to-peer recognition, health and life insurance, wellness programs and incentives, and generous retirement savings.​The anticipated base pay range for this position is $102,000 - $160,000 yearly.
