Rare Disease Specialist

Natera seeks an experienced clinical sales leader to drive rare disease testing adoption across the Bay Area. The Rare Disease Specialist will engage pediatric specialists and genetic counselors to expand exome and genome testing solutions, combining direct sales execution with strategic market development.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth and direct sales to developmental pediatricians, pediatric neurologists, and genetic counselors
• Lead new product launches and accelerate adoption of clinical exome and genome testing solutions
• Build and maintain relationships across Children's Hospitals and rare disease networks
• Develop territory business plans focused on revenue acceleration and market share
• Serve as clinical and technical resource, delivering provider education and training

Requirements

• Five or more years of diagnostics or specialty laboratory services sales experience
• Proven success selling into Children's Hospitals and rare disease markets
• Track record of winning new business and launching products in clinical settings
• Ability to engage complex stakeholders including pediatric neurologists and medical geneticists
• Strong business planning and contract negotiation skills
