Procurement Analyst (NJUS) Company: NetJets Services, Inc. Location: Columbus, OH, US The Procurement Analyst will support the Category Leads in developing and executing procurement strategies, supplier management, and savings initiatives. Responsibilities include tracking global category spend and performance analytics, updating pricing, creating data analytics on request, supporting RFPs, conducting contract analysis, managing the AP process, and overseeing supplier performance management and score‑carding. The role drives various category strategies across the business, working with internal stakeholders to define requirements, align key contract terms, negotiate with suppliers, and prepare contract summaries that meet product or service requirements. Responsibilities Support procurement category leads in developing, maintaining, and executing category and supplier strategies. Develop and track global procurement metrics related to spend analytics, achieved savings, operational efficiencies, supplier performance, and outcomes. Update and maintain standard datasets and reporting files, including tracking and reconciling supplier rebates. Apply tools, techniques, and processes to develop robust strategies within the scope of the role. Manage supplier relationships where applicable. Drive various category strategies. Review agreements, suggest redlines, and develop contract fluency. Maintain strict compliance with NetJets purchasing systems, processes, and policies. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Finance. 2–4 years of experience in procurement or related fields. Strong Excel and MS Office skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and manipulate data. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks. Business acumen in contract language and commercial compliance. Conflict management, problem‑solving, and communication skills. Knowledge of procurement processes, contracts, supplier management, financial analysis, invoice statements, and accounting principles preferred.
