Sales Coordinator

As our Sales Coordinator, you'll serve as the backbone of the sales team, supporting Sales Executives with administrative tasks, CRM management in Wingmate, and day-to-day customer relationship management. You'll make sure every temporary and permanent service agreement is entered and scanned into the system, keep price adjustments keyed into Platform and rolled out on schedule, and help identify prospects and build proposals that drive revenue expansion. Responsibilities

• Process new customer orders, service agreements (temporary and permanent), and contracts, ensuring everything is entered and scanned into the system correctly
• Enter and update price adjustments in Platform and verify correct rollout timing to customers
• Maintain and update customer records in Wingmate, monitoring sales activity and supporting Sales Executives with updates
• Serve as primary point of contact for customer inquiries, resolving billing and service issues
• Assist with prospect identification, sales opportunities, and follow-up on outstanding proposals and quotes
• Support special waste customers with profile approvals, renewals, and compliance tracking
• Prepare and distribute sales reports covering volume, revenue, and team performance
• Coordinate with the sales team on active opportunities, project plans, and marketing material updates
• Analyze sales data and trends to support revenue growth strategies and proposal development
• Conduct system audits (Wingmate, Platform, landfill data) and validate pricing structures across accounts
• Support national account program and broker accounting tasks, and identify process improvements for sales support

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in business or a related field a plus
• Prior experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative coordination preferred
• Experience with CRM systems (Wingmate or similar) is a plus
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

• Ability to sit for extended periods while working at a computer
• Frequent use of hands for typing, data entry, and general office equipment
• Occasional lifting and carrying of files or office supplies up to 15 lbs
• Ability to communicate clearly in person, by phone, and in writing

This position is based in a standard office environment with regular weekday business hours.
