Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and engineering industry, is seeking a dedicated and innovative Senior Metrology Engineer to join their dynamic team. As a Senior Metrology Engineer, you will be an integral part of the Quality Assurance Department, supporting the Measurement and Calibration Teams. - Develop and implement precise measurement techniques to ensure product quality and compliance with industry standards.
- Perform calibration, validation, and maintenance of metrology equipment to guarantee accuracy and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot measurement issues and optimize processes.
- Document measurement procedures, calibration records, and quality reports adhering to regulatory requirements.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance measurement accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Proven experience in metrology, calibration, or related quality assurance roles.
- Strong understanding of measurement systems, standards, and calibration techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills to work collaboratively across teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field.
