This is more than a technical role—it’s an opportunity to be a connector, a strategist, and a visible leader who helps shape both our client partnerships and internal culture.If you’re energized by networking, mentoring others, and turning opportunities into long-term success, this role offers the platform to make a real impact.This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for someone who wants to shape a growing business, influence strategy, and build lasting client relationships—all while leading a talented team and delivering meaningful environmental work.What You’ll DoBuild meaningful connections Develop and strengthen relationships with clients, partners, and industry peers through proactive outreach, networking, and exceptional project delivery.Lead with purpose and energy Inspire high-performing teams, maintain momentum across projects, and navigate challenges with confidence and clarity.Drive business and project success Oversee project performance—including budgets, timelines, and resources—ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery.Be the face of our brand Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and client meetings, helping expand our visibility and reputation.Develop and empower talent Lead, coach, and mentor team members while fostering a collaborative, positive, and growth-oriented environment.Expand our client base Partner with business development and program leaders to identify, pursue, and win new opportunities with both existing and prospective clients.Deliver technical excellence Provide expertise and oversight on complex environmental projects, including:Phase I & II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs)Soil, vapor, and groundwater investigationsRemedial action planning and implementationProposal development, cost estimating, and reportingWhat You BringBachelor’s degree (or higher) in Environmental Science, Engineering, Geology, or a related fieldProfessional licensure (PG or PE) preferred10+ years of environmental consulting experienceProven success in client-facing roles and team leadershipStrong knowledge of environmental regulations across industrial, energy, agricultural, or commercial sectorsA natural ability to connect with people and build trust quicklyStrategic thinker with a passion for growing business and developing othersExcellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skillsValid driver’s license with a clean driving recordOwn where you work.
