Seeking an experienced diesel mechanic with strong diagnostics, hydraulics, and field repair capabilities on heavy equipment and fleet vehicles, including hydrovac trucks. Valid driver's license and clean driving record is a must Ability to pass a background and a drug test 5+ years of automotive and diesel repair, truck experience or combination of education & experience, with verifiable certifications CDL a plus, but not required Experience in heavy equipment/hydraulics preferred Hydrovac truck experience a plus Must have appropriate mechanic's tool set Must be capable of working independently and as part of a team Motivated to work in a safe environment and keep workspace clean and tidy Able to work evenings and Saturdays as needed Responsibilities Inspecting fleet vehicles and heavy equipment for mechanical issues, safety concerns, or wear and tear Diagnosing problems with engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension systems, and electrical systems Using diagnostic tools and equipment to assess vehicle and equipment performance and identify issues Performing regular maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and fluid checks Replacing worn or damaged parts to keep vehicles and equipment in safe working order Job Type: Full-time Pay: starting from $40 per hour DOE + certifications 401(k) Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Overtime opportunities Salary Information $40 - $40Hourly Wage Share this Job: #J-18808-Ljbffr
