Committee nomination support - Coordinate solicitation, evaluation, and submission of AEP nominations for NERC and industry committees, working groups, and drafting teams.
Metrics development - Develop and track metrics that measure Policy & Engagement team performance, including ballot effectiveness, participation quality, and engagement outcomes.
Regulator interface - Support policy-focused interactions with federal and regional regulators by preparing materials and coordinating discussions that inform AEP's regulatory engagement strategy.
Process improvement - Contribute to ENRA initiatives that enhance policy coordination, documentation, and organizational readiness across the standards and regulatory engagement lifecycle.
