Must-Have: Candidates without this skill will not be considered for the role. Experience in Adult Critical Care.

Description: Unit highlights are critical for a successful assignment. The shift is from 19:00 to 07:00. The unit typically has a specific number of beds. Patient ratios will be provided during the interview process. Unit staffing descriptions will be discussed as needed. Familiarity with certain types of respiratory equipment is preferred. The documentation system used is Meditech. Scheduling requirements may include weekends and possible floating policy. Attendance policies must be adhered to per company guidelines. Recognitions and awards for the department may be discussed with candidates. Information about team experience, schedule options, and new technology will be highlighted. Dress code includes specific requirements for scrubs and personal grooming. Hair must be neat and clean, and extreme styles or colors are not permitted. Body art should be covered whenever possible. Visible piercings, other than ears, are prohibited.
