Registered Nurse - ICU

Role Overview: This position involves providing comprehensive inpatient nursing care, including assessments, treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures, while addressing patients' physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs. The RN collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans, educates patients and families, and evaluates intervention effectiveness. Responsibilities include problem-solving, troubleshooting equipment, participating in evidence-based practice decisions, and contributing to quality and safety initiatives. Key Responsibilities Perform patient assessments and develop care plans Deliver direct patient care and monitor responses to interventions Collaborate with physicians and team members to meet patient needs Participate in safety and quality improvement activities Ensure compliance with policies and promote compassionate care Qualifications & Skills Graduate from a nursing specialty training program (required), Bachelor's degree preferred. Strong communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills are essential. Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment and adhere to policies is necessary.
