Shipping and Receiving Clerk

We are seeking a detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our high-volume distribution network in Groveport, OH.  This is a 2nd Shift role and the work hours are 3:30pm - 12:00 am Monday - Friday. In this vital clerical role, you will act as the operational backbone of our warehouse office, ensuring every shipment is accurate, compliant, and ready for the road.

Your Opportunity for Impact and Growth As our Shipping and Receiving Clerk, you won’t just manage paperwork—you will optimize essential supply chains and keep our daily logistics moving seamlessly.

• Drive Workflow Efficiency: Receive and dispatch drivers in a timely manner, coordinating seamlessly with the dock team to ensure rapid turnaround times for inbound and outbound loads.

• Master Advanced Logistics Technology: Utilize our Warehouse Management System (WMS) to audit parts for delivery routes, systematically identifying, investigating, and correcting any route discrepancies.

• Ensure Operational Integrity: Prepare, manifest, and dispatch outbound loads correctly while maintaining an exceptionally organized electronic and paper filing system for complete documentation accuracy.

What You Bring to the Team We look for proactive individuals who take initiative, supported by clear goals and a structured environment:

• 1+ years of experience working as a Shipping and Receiving Clerk.
• Demonstrated organizational skills and unwavering attention to detail.

• Proven ability to communicate professionally with internal teams, drivers, and corporate customers.

• Prior experience with data entry or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is highly valued.
