Contexte du poste :

The Kilolab/Production Chemist will execute cGMP and non-GMP kilo scale chemical processes documented in Master Processing Records to produce material for clinical studies. She/He will also conduct bench scale Design of Experiments and process optimization under the supervision of a Senior Chemist.

Principales missions :

• Observes all Chemical Hygiene and Process Safety policies and procedures.
• Executes process optimization experiments in collaboration with Senior Chemists.
• Executes Design of Experiments (DoE) in collaboration with Senior Chemists.
• Executes chemical processes at gram to kilo scale based on procedures and Master Processing Records.
• Comprehensive recording of experimental procedures and methodologies in Master Processing Records and Laboratory Notebooks.
• Assembly/disassembly of chemical processing equipment.
• Chemical analysis by HPLC, TLC, IR, and other techniques as required.
• Interpretation of analytical data in collaboration with Senior Chemists.

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry or a related discipline.
• From entry-level up to five years of experience.
• The Kilo Lab is a team-based environment. The ability to work closely and collaboratively with others is of paramount importance.
  Attention to detail and a strong interest in synthetic organic chemistry are highly valued.
  GMP Requirement:
• cGMP production experience is preferred but not required.
