Client Experience Representative

Red Light Method Hendersonville is seeking positive, health-conscious individuals to serve our members. We want our clients to love coming in, be encouraged while there, and look forward to their next visit. Responsibilities Have a genuine passion for helping others Friendly, approachable, and enthusiastic about promoting holistic health and wellness Assist with membership sales and educate prospects and clients on the benefits of red light therapy Provide exceptional customer service while addressing members’ needs Creates a positive, welcoming, and encouraging atmosphere Ensure studio is cleaned, sanitized, and organized Wrap and unwrap members in private treatment rooms; must be comfortable with clients in various states of undress with a sheet covering them Oversee vibration plates and infrared sauna use Other duties as assigned Availability Availability includes opening or closing shifts. Open as early as 6 a.m. and close by 7 p.m. with a mid-shift change. Weekends are required at minimum two days a month. Training and onboarding Our studio is currently under construction with an opening date coming soon. Training will start upon hire; mandatory in-person training dates are during July 26–August 5 (not every day) and August 8 (required).
