Job Description

We're seeking a Facilities Electrical Engineering Owner's Representative to support advanced semiconductor manufacturing projects in Boise, ID. In this role, you'll provide engineering oversight during tool installation, focusing on power distribution, grounding, and low-voltage systems.


This is a high-impact, contract-to-hire opportunity in a fast-paced, high-tech environment, working closely with multidisciplinary teams, vendors, and construction personnel.
Pay: $50.48- $62.50 per hour DOE Key Responsibilities

• Provide electrical engineering oversight for tool installation
• Review designs, specifications, and vendor submittals
• Ensure compliance with NEC and industry standards
• Support power distribution, grounding, and low-voltage systems
• Collaborate with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (ABET accredited)
• 5+ years of electrical design experience (building systems)
• Knowledge of NEC and IEEE standards
• Experience with electrical equipment selection and design review

Preferred Qualifications

• EIT or PE license
• Semiconductor or cleanroom experience
• Field/construction experience
• Experience with AutoCAD or Revit

Additional Details

• Primarily remote (onsite required initially and periodically)
• Contract-to-hire opportunity
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
