Charge Nurse LVN or RN

As a Charge Nurse LVN or RN, you will be an integral part of our facility's leadership team, responsible for setting the tone for each shift, supporting our CNAs, communicating with residents and families, and ensuring our residents receive the highest quality care.

About the Role:

Avir at Rusk is seeking Charge Nurses – 6a-6p or 6p-6a to join our team! As a Charge Nurse, you will be part of a dynamic team that values trust, respect, and open communication. You will be responsible for leading and supporting a team of CNAs, and making decisions that prioritize resident care. Responsibilities:

• Licensed RN or LVN in Texas : We require you to be licensed and committed to providing exceptional patient care.
• Dependable, professional, and team-focused : You will be part of a team that values trust, respect, and open communication.
• Confident in leading a nursing team : As a Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for leading and supporting a team of CNAs, and making decisions that prioritize resident care.
