Job Full Description

Maintenance Mechanic | 7:00AM - 3:30PM | Mon - Fri | $20.00/hr. - $22.00/hr

Commercial door service - local, regular hours, home every night

Qualifications for Maintenance Mechanic

Previous construction experience
Previous welding experience is a plus
Previous service call experience in garage doors, HVAC, or plumbing is a plus
Ability to lift at least 50#
Mechanical aptitude
Troubleshooting ability
Basic welding experience would be a plus
Valid driver's license
Ability to work outside in all seasons as needed

Responsibilities for Maintenance Mechanic

Install new garage doors and openers
Complete repair service calls
Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems
Perform preventative maintenance
Maintain shop equipment and inventory
Complete work order documentation
