Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights | 12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) | 72 Guaranteed Hours Biweekly (excluding on-call time)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) setting during night shift hours
• Manage patient assignments at a 1:2–3 nurse-to-patient ratio
• Utilize the EPIC electronic health record system for documentation and patient management
• Monitor, assess, and respond to critically ill patients throughout the shift
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license required at time of submission
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an ICU or similar critical care setting
• EPIC proficiency required
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) required
• ACLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a high-acuity intensive care environment
• Strong critical thinking and clinical assessment skills in a fast-paced setting
