Process Engineer

This manufacturing organization is looking for a Process Engineer to help drive efficiency and quality across its production operations. You'll work directly with production and engineering teams to solve real problems on the floor, giving you visibility into projects that have a measurable impact on output and product quality.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate manufacturing processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement
• Implement changes that improve efficiency, quality, and productivity
• Troubleshoot process issues and lead continuous improvement projects
• Partner with production and engineering teams to execute process improvements

Qualifications

Required:

• 3-5 years of process or manufacturing engineering experience
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred:

• Experience working in a manufacturing environment
