Rather than supporting legacy products, you'll be helping develop the future of aviation.What You'll Be DoingDesign and develop flight control systems, autopilot functionality, and autonomous vehicle behaviorsCreate and refine control laws for advanced aircraft and rotorcraft applicationsBuild and enhance high-fidelity simulation environments, including Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) and Software-in-the-Loop (SIL) testingPerform flight dynamics, stability, and control analysesDevelop and execute verification and validation plans for flight-critical systemsCollaborate closely with software, systems, and flight test engineers throughout the development lifecycleSupport aircraft integration activities and flight testing effortsWhat We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, or Electrical EngineeringApproximately 8+ years of experience in aerospace controls, autonomous systems, robotics, or related fieldsMust be a US citizenStrong experience with:MATLAB/SimulinkPythonC/C++Flight controlsGuidance, Navigation & Control (GNC)Flight dynamics and simulationExperience developing control laws for aircraft, UAVs, rotorcraft, eVTOLs, or other autonomous vehiclesThis is a unique opportunity to work on real-world aircraft programs, taking advanced flight control technologies from concept and development through integration and flight test.
