Inpatient Diabetes Care Educator
The Christ Hospital Cardiovascular Associates
The Christ Hospital Health Network is seeking a dedicated Diabetes Educator to design, coordinate, and implement optimal diabetes care and education for patients and families in accordance with ADA standards. This role collaborates across the care team to ensure comprehensive, culturally sensitive self-management training and ongoing program development.
