About the Role
As a Sales Professional , you’ll be responsible for engaging with potential and existing clients, educating them on our affordable benefits and business solutions, and closing sales to meet their unique needs.
What We’re Looking For
✔ Proven experience in sales (1+ years preferred)
✔ Goal-oriented with a strong track record of meeting/exceeding targets
✔ Excellent communication & negotiation skills
✔ Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a competitive environment
✔ Ability to follow a proven sales process and utilize company-provided tools
Compensation & Benefits
$75,000 - $120,000+ per year (commission & bonuses)
Multiple bonus opportunities (monthly, quarterly, yearly, performance-based)
Advancement opportunities in a rapidly growing company
Flexible schedule – Monday to Friday with optional Saturdays
