Drive alignment of team schedules and workflows to optimize resource allocation and reduce redundancies. Manage planning and delivery of initiatives, ensuring consistency with the organization’s strategic goals. Facilitate communication through meetings, digital platforms, and reporting tools to promote transparency. Oversee CRM system management, including agency visit records, to support compliance and data-driven decisions. Identify risks, resolve issues across teams, and implement continuous improvement strategies. Track key metrics, prepare leadership reports, and suggest adjustments to improve outcomes. Critical Information Shift/Hours: Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Remote/on-site/hybrid: On-site Education/Licenses Needed Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field Minimum of 5 years experience coordinating cross-functional teams CRM system experience (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools Benefits Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment.
