About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) for a 13-week contract opportunity in Scottsbluff, Nebraska. Openings are available in both inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation , with two inpatient positions and one outpatient position.

The Occupational Therapist will provide patient-centered rehabilitation services and may be required to float to other units, departments, or patient care areas based on staffing and operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and identify functional limitations, rehabilitation needs, and individualized therapy goals.

• Develop and implement occupational therapy treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical objectives.

• Provide skilled occupational therapy interventions to improve functional independence and participation in daily activities.

• Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as appropriate, and maintain accurate clinical documentation.

• Collaborate with physicians, rehabilitation professionals, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams and float to other appropriate patient care areas when needed.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 Year of Occupational Therapist Experience Required.

• Current, Active Nebraska Occupational Therapist License Required.

• Current American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Providers Certification Required.

• Experience Providing Inpatient and/or Outpatient Occupational Therapy Services Required.

• Ability to Work Day Shifts and Float to Other Units, Departments, or Patient Care Areas Based on Operational Needs Required.
