Assist with coordinating Recognized Student Organization (RSO) event scheduling in alignment with ASI and University policies. Serve as a point of contact for scheduling questions from students, faculty, and staff, including event approvals and reservation support. Work with campus scheduling partners to coordinate event approvals and help resolve scheduling conflicts. Provide customer service and administrative support by responding to inquiries and communicating scheduling information clearly. Help coordinate club event scheduling across platforms such as E‑Plans, Cal Poly Now, reservation systems, and 25Live. Support event planning and scheduling operations to ensure smooth and organized processes for campus partners and student organizations. Education and Experience High school diploma or its equivalent. Type 45 wpm. Four years of general office support experience. Training at a vocational school or full‑time college education may be substituted for two years of the required experience on the basis of one year of college education for six months of experience.
