Quality Analyst - Medicare Compliance & Performance Coach

Sagility

Sagility is seeking a Quality Analyst in the United States to support the telesales team by monitoring and evaluating agent interactions, ensuring compliance with guidelines. This role requires a keen attention to detail and a solid understanding of Medicare regulations.
