Preparefoodsaccordingtothefoodtemperaturelogsandfollowcookinginstructions. Developandimplementadepartmentbusiness plantoachievedesired results. Createandexecutesalespromotionsinpartnershipwithstoremanagement. Implementtheperiod promotionalplanforthedepartment. Staycurrentwithpresent,future,seasonal andspecialads. Monitorandcontrolexpensesforthedepartment. Maintainanawarenessofinventory/stockingconditions;noteanydiscrepanciesininventory. Scheduledaily,weeklyandmonthly pricechangesbyupdatingshelf tagsandpromotionalsigns.. Familiarityandcompliancewithallcountry oforiginlabelingandregulations. Plan,organizeandsupervisetheinventory process. Adheretoallfoodsafety regulationsandguidelines. Ensurepropertemperaturesincasesandcoolers aremaintainedandtemperaturelogsaremaintained.
