Unit: 32-bed unit Staffing ratios: 1:4 RN-to-Patient Primary population: Medicine patients requiring a stepdown level of care for conditions like renal failure, pulmonary disease, heart failure, GI disturbances, hypertension, infectious diseases, and diabetes Minimum requirements Diploma in Nursing, Associate in Nursing, or higher Greater than 1 year of bedside nursing experience American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification Compensation package Base pay: up to $63/hour for all travel nursing positions 1.5x base hourly rate for overtime (over 40 hours) and holiday pay Additional $3.00/hour for stand-by pay and $2.00/hour for charge/preceptor pay General statements It is the goal of ECU Health and its entities to employ the most qualified individual who best matches the requirements for the vacant position.
