Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) assists patients or clients with healthcare needs under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN). This role is essential in providing quality care and comfort to residents while maintaining a clean and safe environment.Key Responsibilities:Provide direct and indirect resident care under the guidance of RN or LVN.Assist residents with daily living activities.Deliver personal care and comfort to residents.Help maintain a safe and clean environment for all facility residents.Qualifications & Skills:High school graduate or equivalent.Current CALIFORNIA CNA certificate is required.Basic Life Support (BLS) AHA certification is mandatory.At least one year of skilled experience is required.Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written.Strong interpersonal skills to interact professionally and respectfully with residents, staff, and the public.Basic computer skills are necessary.Shift Information:This position is for day shifts. Holiday coverage may be required.Certifications Required:American Heart Association (AHA) certifications (BLS/BCLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP).Location:Position available in multiple locations within the region, including City, State.
