We are currently seeking a proficient and driven Residential Estimation & Salesperson to enhance our team and uphold our tradition of excellence. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking to transition from fieldwork to an office environment. Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer service. Secure sales through diligent follow-up on leads. Generate new leads for potential projects. Design, estimate, and provide detailed outlines of paving projects. Communicate job plans effectively to both foremen and customers. Qualifications Prior experience in landscape design, residential estimation, or residential construction is essential. Asphalt Estimation A proven track record of successful project completion and client satisfaction. Strong analytical skills to accurately estimate project costs and budgets. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients, team members, and vendors. Full Time employees have access to off season training, licensure programs, and other career development opportunities. A generous benefits package is available after successful completion of the first 90 days.
