SHIFTS / AVAILABILITY

Shift Period	19:00 07:30
Days	3 x 12-hour shifts rotating

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage critically ill adult patients requiring intensive monitoring and intervention
Titrate vasoactive medications, manage mechanical ventilation, and oversee invasive monitoring
Perform rapid assessments and respond to deteriorating patient status
Collaborate with intensivists, respiratory therapy, and pharmacy
Complete precise, timely ICU EMR documentation

REQUIREMENTS

Must-Have

Active Texas RN licence or compact licence eligibility
BLS and ACLS certifications current
Minimum 2 years ICU RN experience
Ventilator management and arterial line experience required

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

CCRN certification
Experience with CRRT
