• Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week -- no weekends
• Variable day shifts -- 8, 9, or 10 hour shift rotation
• No holiday or on-call requirements
• 75% ortho and 25% neuro adult patient population
• Long-term care -- ages 55+; occasional home visits 1 - 2 days per week
• Prior travel experience required
• EMR: Cerner
• Minimum 2 years physical therapy experience required
