Job Summary

Medical Surgical with Telemetry (MS TELE) registered nurses are sought for a healthcare facility in the designated location. This role involves providing specialized patient care on the 4th floor unit, which features 96 beds and a telemetry-capable environment. The position requires collaboration within a diverse clinical team to ensure quality patient outcomes and adherence to safety protocols.

Job Details

• Position Description: Unit notes highlight the need for telemetry experience, with common patient diagnoses including congestive heart failure, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, pneumonia, general surgical procedures, and general medical telemetry.
• Certifications and Qualifications: BLS Certification; WA State or Compact License; minimum of 1 year of experience in a telemetry setting; ability to titrate drips such as Heparin, Blood, and IV fluids.
• Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Additional Notes: Candidate must be prepared for potential floating within their scope to other units as needed. Orientation will be coordinated with onboarding, covering three shifts. Holiday coverage may be required, and there is no call or standby requirement.
• Submission Requirements: License submission is required, and the candidate should be prepared for a 13-week assignment with potential cancellation of up to four shifts.
