Ghost Kitchen Team Member — Knoxville Ghost Kitchen

$16–$20/hour, based on experience

Knoxville Ghost Kitchen is a fast-paced, multi-concept kitchen inside Cumberland Food Hall on the University of Tennessee campus. We cook for a busy campus crowd, and we're hiring team members who can keep up, keep clean, and keep it fun.

What you'll do

• Prep, cook, and plate menu items across multiple concepts
• Work the line during lunch and dinner rushes
• Follow recipes, portion specs, and food safety standards
• Keep your station clean, stocked, and organized
• Help with opening, closing, and dish as needed
• Communicate clearly with expo and front-of-house

What we're looking for

• Kitchen or food service experience preferred; we'll train the right person
• Ability to stand for a full shift and lift up to 50 lbs
• Reliable, on time, and steady under pressure
• Team player with a good attitude
• Flexible availability, including nights and weekends
• Food handler certification a plus
