Physical Therapist – Home Care Location : San Antonio, TX (1604 loop area). Employment Types : Full‑time, Part‑time, or PRN. Full‑time therapists expected to complete 25 visits per week; part‑time minimum availability 1 patient per week. Overview Due to growth, Home Clinix is hiring a Physical Therapist in the San Antonio, TX area. Responsibilities Provide evaluation, routine treatment, and supervision of PTAs at patients’ homes or community facilities; maintain a caseload of primarily geriatric patients; travel to and visit patients; manage documentation and care plans. Caseload / Patient Population Travel to patients’ homes and community facilities performing evaluations, routine treatments, and supervising PTAs. Primarily 55+ Medicare Part A Home Health patients, with some Part B cases. Compensation & Benefits Full‑time: $90,000–$110,000 depending on experience. Part‑time/PRN: $80 per visit. Job Requirements Doctor of Physical Therapy (or equivalent) and state license in Texas. Legal eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship.
