Join our healthcare partner in Lima, OH, where you'll play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care to patients recovering from cardiac procedures. As a Registered Nurse in the stepdown unit, you'll be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care using age-specific criteria. Your expertise in cardiac monitoring and post-operative care will be invaluable as you collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure the best outcomes for your patients.

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using age-specific criteria
• Provide pre- and post-procedure care for patients with radial and femoral access
• Manage chest tubes, drains, and temporary pacers, including pericardial and transcutaneous devices
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond to changes effectively
• Float to all units within your skill level as needed
• Need 2 years experience in setting
• Active American Heart Association BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Active Ohio or Compact RN License required
• Must be proficient in cardiac monitoring and management of oxygen delivery systems
