CDL A Drivers Get Home Weekly No Touch Freight Earn 80K+/Yr Rider and Pet Welcome (Full Time) Types of Jobs: OTR Van Overview Class A Drivers get home every week earning $1500‑$1610/WK on no‑touch freight. Full benefits. Riders and small dogs are welcome from day one. Compensation & Benefits Drivers starting pay of $.70 CPM on average 2100–2300+ miles per week (weekly pay $1500–$1610+/wk). 40% drop‑and‑hook freight. Sign‑on bonus of $1650 paid out over the first six months of employment. Full medical, dental and vision insurance start on the first of the month after 60 days; 401(k) starts after 90 days. One‑week paid vacation after one year, two weeks after two years. Orientation 2–3 days with company‑paid transportation, hotel, food and orientation pay $200/day. Truck Information Drivers will run 2023–2027 Freightliner or International trucks with forward‑facing campers. Trucks are assigned to drivers; drivers can take trucks home. All trucks are automatic; speed limit 65 MPH, cruise 68 MPH. Eligibility Drivers must have either 6 months verifiable Class A OTR or Regional experience in the last 12 months, or 12 months verifiable Class A OTR or Regional experience in the last 24 months. No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years (both CMV and PMV). No more than one moving violation in the last 12 months in a CMV. No major moving violations in the last 36 months (e.g., 15+, cell phone usage, careless/reckless, following too closely or improper lane violation). No DOT Preventable Accidents in the last 3 years. No more than 8 jobs in the last 3 years. Drivers get home every week; availability to drive Sundays is required. Pet Policy Riders and small dogs are available from day one.
