HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your Role: Under the direction of a RN or LPN, performs a variety of routine duties involving care of medically ill acute or subacute residents Performs direct resident care Observes and reports changes in the behavior and physical status of residents Provides a clean and safe environment Performs other related duties NOTE: Orientationrequiresyour availability to complete Clinical Orientation on your first fullweek (Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm). - Must be willing to travel to Jacksonville for 5 days to do Hyperbaric training if needed. Reports To: Registered Nurse (RN)/Nurse Manager [JC 031001], RN/Assistant Nurse Manager [JC 030303], or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) [JC 041704] Supervises: None

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO APPLY

Required Education: None Required Experience: None Preferred Experience: One (1) year of job-related experience preferred Required Certification/License/Registry: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. NOTE: BLS certification is required prior to performing patient care. Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare (TMH) may provide the opportunity for BLS certification training on-site as part of clinical orientation (as needed).
