Overview ARISE is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to work in the Syracuse, NY area with a man who requires assistance. The role aims to support the individual in maintaining independence at home and in community settings. Responsibilities Support general independence and safety management for the individual. Demonstrate effective communication skills in all interactions. Qualifications Must have a valid driver's license. Effective communication and organizational skills required. Flexibility with assignments and schedule required. Reliable transportation to arrive at the job site at scheduled times. Experience working with people with Developmental Disabilities preferred. Must have technology available to download multiple apps for use in the community and abide by ARISE/EFR's technology policy. Details Location: Syracuse, NY 13205 Position Type: Per Diem Education Level: None Salary: $25.00 per hour Work hours: Sun–Sat, 3:30 pm – 6:00 pm; weekend shifts may extend further.
