CNC Machine Operator

We are looking for an experienced Rhinofab CNC Machine Operator to join our fabrication shop. This position plays a key role in ensuring the precise and efficient production of aluminum components for storefront and curtain wall systems. The right candidate will be dependable, safety-minded, and able to work in a fast-paced environment with accuracy and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities: Operate Rhinofab CNC machine for the accurate fabrication of aluminum components. Review and interpret shop drawings, work orders, and cutting lists to ensure correct production. Set up, calibrate, and maintain CNC machinery for peak performance. Monitor machine operation to ensure parts meet quality and tolerance standards. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment as needed. Work closely with shop manager and fabrication team to meet project schedules. Follow all shop safety protocols and OSHA standards. Assist with other shop duties when required, including handling and staging materials. Qualifications: Previous experience operating CNC machinery (Rhinofab experience preferred). Knowledge of storefront and curtain wall systems strongly preferred. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and fabrication documents. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.OSHA 10 certification preferred. Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing quality work.
