Psychiatry & Counseling Clinic - Counselor (LCPC or LPC) - (FT)

The Mental Health Therapist provides compassionate, client-centered counseling in an outpatient setting for adults and children experiencing acute and/or persistent mental health symptoms. This role offers the opportunity to build meaningful therapeutic relationships while working as part of a supportive clinical team.

• Full Time
• 4 or 5 day workweek schedule available
• Hourly Pay

Schedule Details:

Full Time is 36-40 hours per week. Multiple schedules available - 4x10s, 4x9s, or 5x8s.


Required Skills:

1. Strong leadership ability and excellent interpersonal skills, as well as solid oral and written communication skills.
2. Highly self-motivated with a positive attitude and the flexibility and prioritization abilities to manage a mental health case load, crisis situations, and work tasks in a changing environment.
3. Ability to maintain clear boundaries, utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills in collaboration with clients and peers.

Minimum Work Experience:

1. Mental Health Counseling 1 year (preferred)

Minimum Education:

1. Candidate must be licensed in the State of Idaho in one of the following disciplines:
2. Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) preferred, or Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
