We are seeking a passionate Billing Specialist to join our Revenue Cycle Management team (RCM). Your Role in Our Mission As a Billing Specialist on the team, your days will be filled with meaningful work that helps drive the patient experience. You would be preparing and submitting accurate claims to payers for the appropriate service lines daily, maintaining billing documentation, and supporting claim follow-up activities to promote clean claim submission and timely reimbursement. You would follow up on unpaid and denied claims and reconcile accounts while ensuring compliance with billing regulations and coding guidelines. Why Join Us? Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly salary: $20.19-23.58 for this full-time non-exempt position Generous paid time off and paid holidays Full benefits package including Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits Life and Disability Insurance (company paid) 403(b) Retirement Plan Employee Assistance Program and legal services support Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) qualifying employer What We’re Looking For Education: High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum of 2 years’ experience billing Medicaid, Medicare, commercial insurance and Managed Care Organizations (MCOs) Experience interpreting explanation of benefits (EOBs) Skills: organizational skills and attention to detail. Dependability is a must!
