Operations Manager - Multi Unit F&B

Henri’s Bakery & Deli is looking for an experienced Front of House Retail Operations Manager to help lead and support the execution of our five retail locations. This is a hands‑on, field‑based leadership role focused on developing General Managers, developing future leaders, driving operational consistency, improving performance, and ensuring the Henri’s guest experience is delivered across every location. The position will also oversee store‑level catering execution, while overall company catering strategy and growth remain with the Director of FOH Operations. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop five General Managers. Hold GMs accountable for sales, labor, staffing, service, and operational performance. Conduct regular visits to all locations and ensure consistent execution of Henri’s standards. Monitor sales, labor, staffing, scheduling, and store performance. Ensure excellent customer service and guest experience. Maintain standards for bakery and deli case presentation, product availability, cleanliness, and organization. Ensure SOPs, food safety, and operating procedures are consistently followed. Identify operational issues and ensure timely follow‑up and resolution. Develop and mentor Shift Leads as future leaders, helping create a strong leadership pipeline for Henri’s. Work with GMs to identify high‑potential Shift Leads and provide coaching, training, and development opportunities. Help establish clear expectations and development plans for Shift Leads preparing for future management roles. Support recruiting, training, retention, and leadership development. Ensure store‑level catering orders are accurate, on time, and executed to company standards. Help GMs identify opportunities to grow retail and catering sales. Track performance and provide regular updates to the Director of Front of House Operations. Support new initiatives, operational improvements, and company‑wide projects. Multi‑unit management experience strongly preferred. Proven experience leading and developing managers. Strong understanding of sales, labor, staffing, and customer service. Excellent communication, organization, and follow‑through. Strong problem‑solving and accountability skills. Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment. Ability to travel between all five Henri’s locations. Flexible schedule based on business needs. The Ideal Candidate We are looking for a leader who: Leads by example.
