The primary goal of the department is to accomplish its mission in a manner that enhances and supports the University's ability to deliver quality higher education and research opportunities in a peaceful learning environment. Officers employed by UCRPD serve in various roles in support of this mission. The full salary range for the Police Officer is $100,766.88 - $126,699.84 annually. We base salary offers on a variety of considerations, such as education, licensure and certifications, experience, and other business and organizational needs.
